IT Support

Requirement: • Bachelor Degree • Have min experience 3 Years as IT Support • Understand and be able to Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office • Able to work with quick and precise analysis when there are complaints from users about computers • Troubleshooting Hardware ( PC, Printer, Machine), Software (Crash OS, new application to connect the server) and Network (not connect internet, can't connect printer sharing etc) • Understand computer hardware components and can assemble them • Understand about wired and wireless networks • Able to repair network immediately • Understand about malware and data security • Understand how to deal with computer-related devices, such as printers and others • Willing to fully WFO
