HOST LIVE / LIVE COMMERCE

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Commerce Host to represent our brand and drive sales through live streaming platforms.

The ideal candidate is not only comfortable in front of the camera, but also understands how to engage audiences, present products convincingly, create excitement, and turn viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct daily live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, or other relevant channels.
• Present and explain products clearly, attractively, and persuasively.
• Engage with viewers through comments, questions, games, promotions, and interactive content.
• Drive product sales and achieve live-streaming sales targets.
• Create an energetic and entertaining atmosphere throughout the live session.
• Respond to customer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Develop creative ways to increase viewers, engagement, and conversion.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Sales teams on promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Understand product knowledge and communicate key selling points effectively.
• Monitor live performance and continuously improve content, presentation, and selling techniques.
• Stay updated with social media trends, live-commerce trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Live Host, Live Commerce Host, Presenter, Sales Promotion, or similar role.
• Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling and persuasion skills.
• Energetic, engaging, and able to maintain audience attention.
• Quick thinker and able to respond naturally to live situations.
• Good understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Attractive presentation and professional appearance.
• Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or campaign periods.
• Experience in TikTok Live / Shopee Live is a strong advantage.
