Technical Content Writer Internship (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Create excellent technical documentation (drafts, edits, and revisions) that complies with relevant regulations and is suitable for the target readership.
• Write developer guides and assistance material in an understandable technical manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of the product and the documentation needs.
• To maximize reader comprehension, choose the information to be presented in the most logical and straightforward manner possible.
• Use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Creating content topics related to our market and industry.
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms.
• Producing high-quality technical content.
• Hands on step by step technical issues before writing into the content.
• Collaborate with technical team to create technical content.

Requirements : Background

• Final-year students and fresh graduates are preferred.
• Candidates may come from Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Networking, vocational IT programs such as RPL or TKJ, or other related fields.
• Candidates from other backgrounds are also welcome to apply as long as they have an interest in web technologies and are willing to learn through hands-on practice.
• We are looking for someone who has a good technical foundation, enjoys learning, asks thoughtful questions, and is interested in growing their skills through real-world projects.

Additional Requirements :

• Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn new things.
• Comfortable working in a team, receiving feedback, and trying different approaches.
• Interested in websites, WordPress, web hosting, cloud hosting, Cloud VPS, or other web technologies.
• Has basic hands-on experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
• Familiar with basic HTML and Markdown.
• Has a basic understanding of how websites, domains, hosting, DNS, and servers work.
• Has basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, or programming.
• Comfortable learning through documentation, tutorials, and hands-on experiments.
• Able to think logically when facing technical problems and willing to explore possible solutions.
• Able to understand technical information and explain it in a simpler way for non-technical audiences.
• Pays attention to details and is willing to improve their work based on feedback.

Nice to Have : (You do not need to have all of these, but they will be a plus) :

• Experience managing a personal, school, community, or small business website.
• Experience using hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or similar tools.
• Experience experimenting with Linux, VPS, virtual machines, or simple server setups.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, Bash, or another programming language.
• Personal projects, technical articles, GitHub repositories, blogs, or other relevant portfolios.
