Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnership, or a related role, preferably in the IT or other relevant industries.
- Passionate about digital business development with a strong interest in relationship management.
- Based in Medan or other areas in Sumatra.
- Ability to speak Chinese or Hokkien is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with business partners, including resellers and system integrators, across Medan and the Sumatra area.
- Support partners in developing business opportunities and expanding market coverage by coordinating closely with internal sales and product teams.
- Monitor the partner pipeline and follow up on ongoing business opportunities.
