LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OFFICER
- A bachelor's degree in law, Accounting, Bussiness, Finance, or a relates field.
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in risk management, or legal compliance.
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., Regulatory from Ministry Related to company bussiness, Anti-Money Laundering/APU PPT, Good Corporate Governance/GCG).
- Familiarity with the spesific compliance and legal landscape in Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations (including the omnibus law), and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply the latest labor laws to internal company policies and operations.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience managing corporate secretarial matters, including GMS (RUPS) documents, articles of assosiation, and goverment lisencing platforms like OSS RBA.
- Proven capability to perform deep legal research and provide solid legal opinions to mitigate corporate risk.
