Procurement Specialist Outsourced

Key Responsibilities Conduct market scouting and strategic sourcing to identify, assess, and validate competitive suppliers.

Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and long-term contract agreements.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, monitor stock levels, and manage supply risks.

Maintain strong cross-functional communication while overseeing supplier performance, purchasing conditions, and vendor ratings.

Prepare accurate analyses and procurement reports, and follow up on all operational procurement actions.

1 - 3 Years of Experience in Procurement or Logistics role.

BSc in Business / Logistics / Engineering Alexandria University or AAST or relevant.

Alexandria Residence is a MUST.

Excellent English Commands of both Spoken & Written is a MUST.

Excellent commands of Ms. Office package ( PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Outlook).

Familiar with SAP-EBP System is PLUS.

Ability to analyze different data and information.

Ability to work alone & effective in a team of different ages.
