Client & Personnel Administration

  • Oversee personnel files, contracts, and records for multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Draft, review, and renew employment contracts in line with Egyptian Labor Law and client-specific policies
  • Manage new hire onboarding, probation tracking, transfers, promotions, and termination/resignation processes for each client
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure documentation meets audit standards

Social Insurance & Labor Office Liaison

  • Handle registration, updates, and de-registration of employees with the Social Insurance Authority for all client companies
  • Lead the preparation and submission of social insurance forms (Form 1, 2, 6) and reconcile contributions
  • Manage inspections, audits, and correspondence with Social Insurance offices and Labor Directorates
  • Represent the company before Labor Offices in disputes, complaints, or negotiations (individual and collective)
  • Ensure timely handling of work permits, foreign employee registrations, and related government filings
  • Track and apply legal updates (Social Insurance Law, Labor Law amendments) and advise clients on compliance implications

Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure insurance deductions, income tax, and stamp duties are accurately reflected
  • Support clients during Tax Authority and Insurance Authority audits
  • Monitor compliance deadlines (insurance payments, contract renewals, permit expirations) across all accounts

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main HR/personnel point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Advise clients on labor law risk, disciplinary procedures, and termination settlements
  • Prepare periodic compliance and status reports for clients and internal management
  • Manage escalations and resolve employee-relations issues

Team & Process Management

  • Supervise personnel/government-relations specialists and coordinators
  • Ensure SLAs with clients are met for turnaround times on personnel transactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in personnel/government relations, outsourcing/consultancy background is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law
  • Strong existing relationships with Social Insurance offices and Labor Directorates is a plus
  • Excellent Arabic and good English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing deadlines across accounts
