Responsibilities

• The Process Development Lead is responsible for leading process development projects aimed at improving existing industrial processes
• You will be responsible for acquiring knowledge of the processes involved in existing products and developing new processes for both existing and new products.
• This role supports the company's mission and vision by ensuring sound process knowledge and innovation that align with the strategic objectives

Profile

• A bachelor in Sciences with proven years of experience in a comparable domain, Master's degree or Ph.D. in Sciences
• Extensive expertise in process development and an understanding of analytical methods.
• 5 years of experience in a similar or comparable position in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools: JMP, Minitab, MS Project, Microsoft Office.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to draw up a long-term plan.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and influencing stakeholders
