Must have 15+ years of experience in driving large-scale digital banking, core ledger integration, and consumer banking tech. Hands on experience in leading enterprise data and AI transformation across Digital Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk, Finance, and Compliance domains Architect and govern complex data solutions for anti-money laundering (AML), regulatory reporting (MAS, PRA, SGX), enterprise risk management (ERM), and general ledger (GL) enrichment implementations across multi-jurisdictional financial environments Architect scalable data/AI solutions using Azure ML, Python, Spark, Dataiku, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and GraphDB. Collaborate with CIOs, CFOs, and Architecture Councils to align overall tech strategy with core business goals.
