What You'll Do:

This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Follow procedures and SOP's as written

Reviews formulation orders for accuracy both when receiving and after they've been completed. Completes and signs off paper work as required

Ensures that products produced meet Actagros quality and production standards based on scheduled demands

Reviews production schedules on a daily basis and takes proactive measures to ensure their completion. This includes recommendations to modify the schedule and/or manning as appropriate

Inspects production equipment to ensure operability and informs supervision of corrective actions to ensure that scheduled products will be formulated per the schedule

Opening and closing multiple valves daily

Operate load out pumps

Ensures that housekeeping standards are always visitor ready

Operate Packaging Equipment, including but not limited to Box Taper, Filling & Lidding Machine, Stretch Wrapper, & Glue Machine

May be trained to be part of a confined space entry team

Help out in other areas of the plant when needed

What You'll Bring:

Must be available for 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm OR 3rd shift 11pm - 7am

Requires a high school diploma/GED

Must have a minimum of 1 year of forklift experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Prefer 3 years of experience working in a chemical environment or 3 years of related experience

Prefer working knowledge in the area of batch making process
