Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in tendering and managing projects by preparing required documentation to support project execution
- Manage, coordinate, and deploy site foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to complete projects according to specifications, quality standards, budget, and timelines
- Lead meetings and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve issues
- Investigate site problems, develop practical solutions, and recommend actions to management for timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and company safety policies on site
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system, including reviewing detailed design drawings, project documents, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring customer service satisfaction throughout project delivery
- Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Employer
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient interpersonal, communication, and people management skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules and fast turnaround times
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage
