JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Line Managers on talent selection, development & retention, employee relations, organizational change and culture transformation.
• Provide daily HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnamese laws, company policies and global guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above; preferably HR, Administration, Business Administration or Languages.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment – MUST HAVE.
• Strong English communication skills – MUST HAVE.
• Good communication, consulting, coaching and presentation skills.
• Proactive, energetic, open-minded and results-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
