Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments, including servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Lead the monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems, proactively identifying and resolving complex technical issues and bottlenecks.

Design, implement, and maintain high-availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup solutions to ensure system resilience and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with Development, Cybersecurity, Network, and IT Operations teams to ensure infrastructure solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

Lead infrastructure automation and configuration management initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.

Manage, optimize, and govern cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Lead the implementation and optimization of infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and capacity management solutions.

Establish and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation, technical standards, configurations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Conduct infrastructure capacity planning and performance analysis to support business growth and future scalability.

Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies, tools, and best practices and recommend solutions that improve reliability, security, efficiency, and scalability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Infrastructure Engineers and support the resolution of complex infrastructure incidents.

Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated services.

Familiarity with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.).

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance in fintech (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
