Shadow Teacher

We Are Hiring: Shadow Teacher

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English: Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English,

1. Experience: Previous experience as a teacher or shadow teacher is, or experience with special needs kids is preffered, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and open to training,

1. Student Observation Skills: Ability to assess and observe the needs of students and adapt support strategies accordingly,

1. Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively with classroom teachers, school teams, and parents to support the child's development,

1. Personal Qualities: Friendly, patient, and empathetic with a positive attitude,

1. Initiative and Responsibility: Demonstrates a high level of initiative, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions when necessary.

Preference will be given to Christian/Catholic candidates, in line with the school’s environment and needs.
