Your tasks

1. Improve products to meet customer specifications and requirements
2. Inspect and ensure product quality and completeness from trial production
3. Analyze trial results and propose corrective actions for identified issues
4. Coordinate with mold makers and related departments to improve molds
5. Support cost reduction activities in the trial production process
6. Prepare product samples as requested by customers or related departments
7. Summarize and report trial results
8. Comply with company standards, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Thai nationality. age 23-35 years old.
3. Experience in plastic injection or new product development
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
