Manager - Credit Cards (Rewards) - 6 Months Contract - up to sGD6k

Are you a customer loyalty and rewards specialist looking for a high-impact contract role? We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Manager to step in and lead our Credit Card Usage and Loyalty program for a 6-month maternity cover. In this role, you will own the end-to-end ecosystem of our credit card rewards—from managing financial provisioning and building seamless digital redemption journeys to fostering strategic partner relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee the financial performance and budgeting of the Rewards program, ensuring adequate provisioning and accurate forecasting for customer earning and redemption cycles. Partner with product, tech, and delivery teams to introduce enhanced features, optimizing the digital earning and redemption experience to deliver a best-in-class customer journey. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, handling contract governance, commercial negotiations, invoicing, and service performance. Develop and execute compelling marketing communications that keep cardholders engaged and inform internal stakeholders of campaign performance. Ensure full compliance with internal risk frameworks, operational governance standards, and regulatory requirements. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit card loyalty, rewards management, consumer banking, or fintech rewards platforms. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven ability to manage program financials, budgets, and commercial terms with external partners.
