Role Description The Deputy Manager Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria , responsible for supporting the development and execution of the academy’s marketing strategy. This role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and managing the academy’s brand presence across both online and offline channels. The Deputy Manager Marketing will analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to guide decision-making. Daily tasks include collaborating with academic and administrative teams, supervising vendors or agencies, supporting event planning, and ensuring consistent messaging in all marketing materials. The role also requires maintaining relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the academy’s visibility and enrollment growth.

Work Conditions: From 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

2 Days off.

Work From Office: our head office at Tharwat-Tram Station (Omar Afandy building).

Demonstrated experience in marketing management or a similar role within education or service-oriented organizations.

Strong skills in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and prepare concise performance reports.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors or agencies.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a higher degree is a plus.

Comfortable to work on-site in Jeddah and engaging directly with students, families, and community stakeholders.

Familiarity with educational marketing, enrollment campaigns, and event promotion is highly beneficial.
