Creative Project Manager

At Mindflite Capital, we are searching for an inspiring and solution-oriented Creative Project Manager to join our team. Duties include: – Plan, organize, execute, and control projects, both large and small, to ensure a smooth office environment

-Copywriting all English text with correct grammar.

-Marketing. Create viral campaigns that will launch our social media presence

-Organize events and after works for clients

-Light web and graphic design

-Work with budgets, statistics and ROI reporting

-Manage relationships and daily communication with different internal stakeholders and external partners, e.g. suppliers, partners, models, influencers

-Support coordination at photoshoots

-Oversee projects and coordinate marketing activities, online and offline, across all relevant departments and channels

-Create and present reports, briefs and project summaries

Requirements:

-2-4 years professional experience in project management or creative coordinator role

-Ability to create planning routines and manage multiple projects

-A strong understanding of social media and industry trends

-Creative thinking and excellent communication skills in English. Must be native English speaking.

-Outstanding team-player with an ability to inspire people

-Hands-on and proactive approach to match the Mindflite Capital spirit

-Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
