Supervise all routine and non-routine activities in the plant and monitor employee’s acts.

Survey to set the proper PPEs which are required for different jobs and activities.

Periodic inspection of alarm and firefighting systems to ensure all firefighting systems are

maintained properly & ready for emergencies.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports.

Develop a monthly EHS training plan for all departments and Conducting EHS training for all

employees and daily labors and conduct EHS orientation to all new employees.

Conduct periodical safety tours in the plant to identify unsafe conditions and acts.

Follow up on updates of laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Participate in the risk assessment of all activities to develop it and update the action plan.

Follow up all contractor activities including work permit and contractors’ evaluation Etc.

Share and follow up the CAPA / Tracking System with all departments.

Participate in the investigation of all accidents and injuries to identify the root causes and direct

causes and take corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in preparing safe work practices SWP for all activities and jobs and ensure

implementation of safe work instruction.

Prepare, implement, and /or follow up action plans for continuous improvement in EHS

performance, reducing incident rates and risk.

Analysis of all chemicals SDS in site and set a system for proper handling, storage and required PPEs and first aids.

Develop emergency response plan and coordinate effective evacuation drills.

Any other actions or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager that is in line and supports the job’s main purpose.

Participate in developing the factory's environmental system and conduct periodic environmental measurements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or relevant field.

2 - 4 years of work experience, Engineering Manufacturing is preferred.

1+ years of work experience in construction projects.

H&S specialist legal certification is mandatory.

Training courses in firefighting and first aid is a must.

ISO 45001:2018 / 14001:2015 is a plus.

NEBOSH, IOSH certificate is a plus.
