About the Opportunity:

Invoicing Officer (Lagos)

Responsible for preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices, reconciling billing records, resolving invoice discrepancies, monitoring unbilled transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and Excel skills, good stakeholder management, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 0-2 years' experience.

Invoicing Supervisor (Lagos)

Responsible for overseeing the company's billing operations, ensuring invoices are accurate, approved, and issued on time to support timely revenue collection. The role includes supervising and developing the invoicing team, resolving billing disputes, reconciling billing records with financial reports, improving billing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires strong ERP and billing systems knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail, including a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 3-5 years of billing/accounting experience with supervisory exposure.

Inventory Officer (with Finance Background)

Responsible for managing inventory records, stock valuation, and asset tracking while ensuring alignment between stores operations and financial reporting. The role involves reconciling stock and financial records, monitoring inventory movements, supporting audits and month-end closing, managing stock-related invoices and expenses, investigating discrepancies, and helping optimize working capital. The role requires proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and a good understanding of cost accounting principles, in addition to a B.Sc./HND in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain and 1-3 years' experience in inventory accounting.

Finance Officer

Responsible for managing financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, financial records, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. The role supports financial analysis, forecasting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards while providing financial guidance to business units. The role requires proficiency in financial software and Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication and organizational abilities, including a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and experience in finance/accounting.
