Interior Designer/Sales Designer
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities
- Independently meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture and lighting.
- Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings and renderings.
- Prepare quotations, costing and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
- Manage the client journey from initial consultation, design proposal and quotation to sales closing.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and client expectations.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.
- Able to independently handle clients from consultation to project confirmation.
- Experience in preparing quotations, costing and design proposals.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes and detailed design drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong communication, client management and sales closing skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
