Logistics Assistant

Masstron Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records in our ERP system, preparing items for delivery and assisting with the arrangement and movement of goods within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery documents and purchase orders.
• Verify quantities, item codes and general condition of incoming goods.
• Record and update incoming stock accurately in the company's ERP system.
• Arrange and store goods systematically in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack items according to Delivery Orders (DO).
• Check packed items against the DO to ensure the correct items and quantities are prepared.
• Hand over packed goods and delivery documents to drivers for delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Operate forklift for goods movement and warehouse arrangement.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
• Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods or stock issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations .
• Valid forklift licence is required.
• Comfortable using computers and able to perform basic data entry.
• Experience using an ERP or inventory management system will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand Delivery Orders, invoices and basic stock documentation.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when checking quantities and item codes.
• Physically fit and comfortable with handling and moving goods.
• Able to work independently as well as with the warehouse and operations team.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
