Junior Structural Engineer

Position: Junior Structural Engineer – Fresh Graduate

Experience: 0–1 year

Work on a variety of structural engineering projects involving: Steel Structures

Timber Structures

Reinforced Concrete Structures

Initial 3-month training period with practical training and continuous performance evaluation.

Upon successful completion of the training period, the position will transition to fully remote / work from home .

Interview will be conducted partly in English and partly in Arabic .

Interview assessment will cover: Technical knowledge

AutoCAD proficiency

Communication skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering .

0–1 year of experience .

Minimum overall academic grade of Very Good / B+ or equivalent .

Strong AutoCAD proficiency , with the ability to produce and modify drawings quickly and accurately.

Professional or near-professional English proficiency , both written and spoken.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

Ability to thoroughly review drawings and calculations and identify errors, inconsistencies, or coordination issues.

Strong self-checking skills before submitting any work.

Ability to maintain proper: File organization and naming

Drawing coordination

Revision tracking

Documentation

Willingness to learn, develop, and respond positively to feedback.

Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail will be key evaluation criteria during both the interview and the 3-month training period.
