1. Quotation & Pricing

• Prepare Freight quotations (Ocean & Air) based on customers' requirements and Incoterms.
• Submission bidding monthly/ quarterly or annually.
• Coordinate with Pricing team and Overseas offices to obtain competitive rates.

2. Customer relationship management

• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure business.
• Handle customers' inquiries and resolve Service, quotations, or...

• University degree
• Having 5 years of experience in Customer Service/Operations within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Good knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight and Incoterms.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently .
• Good command of English (email communication and documentation). Korean speaking is an advantage
