Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Older People’s Team in Bath and North East Somerset. This is a busy and supportive team offering a positive working environment.

In this role, you will carry a varied caseload, complete Care Act assessments, develop support plans, undertake safeguarding work, and support hospital discharges.

What will your responsibilities be?

Social Worker with adults or older people experience

Strong Care Act, MCA and safeguarding knowledge

Experience in hospital or multi-disciplinary settings

Confident managing complex cases and working with partners

Bonus if you have:

CHC knowledge, BIA or AMHP, hospital discharge or D2A experience

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
