Liquid Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families and groups, helping them to cope with and overcome mental health challenges. This role involves assessment, intervention, and coordination of care to ensure the well-being of our clients.

What will your responsibilities be?

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Provide counseling and support to clients and their families.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
