Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention Services team based in Colwyn Bay. Our client currently have a short-term vacancy for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention (EIP) Services Team. The EIP Team provides short, outcome-focused interventions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and better manage daily life and circumstances. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver direct occupational therapy services that place people with disabilities and their families at the centre of decision-making about their lives and outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
Deliver a direct Occupational Therapy service to people with disabilities
Work with parents, carers, and families to provide support and build resilience
Complete screening assessments and make initial recommendations for appropriate responses to need
Carry out safeguarding activity where necessary
Ensure people with disabilities and their families are actively involved in decisions about their care and outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Qualified Occupational Therapist (minimum 3 years post-qualified)
HCPC Registration
Strong technology and software skills
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Manual Handling training and experience
