Quality Assurance Executive / Up to $3700 / Gul Circle

Location: Gul Circle Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (subject to company and individual performance)

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Executive to support quality assurance, Quality Management System and food safety activities within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards, investigating non-conformities, maintaining quality systems and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Ensure established quality procedures and work instructions are properly followed. Ensure manufactured products meet customer specifications, quality standards and reliability requirements. Identify and record product, process and quality-related issues. Investigate causes of product non-conformities and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Monitor quality issues and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence of non-conformities. Support the effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System . Conduct and support internal quality audits and management reviews. Maintain appropriate quality records and documentation. Support continuous improvement of quality processes and manufacturing standards. Assist in research and development activities for new products. Support testing and evaluation of new materials. Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or an equivalent discipline . More than 4 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience. Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred. Knowledge of ISO and HACCP management systems and implementation . Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and non-conformity management. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Good leadership and team-building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work effectively with different departments and as part of a team.
