ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Lettall Holding (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Singapore team.

The role will be responsible for day-to-day accounting reporting in Singapore, while working closely with the Group’s accounting team in China and overseas operations, including manufacturing operations in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage with hands on the full set of accounts, including general ledger entries, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Support costs accounting, audits, tax compliance, and group financial reporting
• Coordinate closely with accounting teams in China, Mexico, and other overseas locations
• Maintain accurate electronic financial records in a digital and paperless working environment
• Support cross-border financial processes and remote collaboration

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong accounting fundamentals and the ability to independently manage a full set of accounts
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing costs, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable is an advantage
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting, auditing and taxation
• Experience in a multinational group or multi-entity environment is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with accounting teams in China and overseas
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF tools, and electronic financial document management
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred

Salary S$6,500 - S$8,500 per month depends on your qualification and experience
