For our client in the Torhout area, a company specialized in fresh and frozen appetizers, Let's Work is looking for motivated candidates who want to start in production and advance to a production supervisor position.

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

-

filling or decorating products with different sauces and condiments

-

packaging the finished product

-

working at the table, but also at the band

-

keeping the working environment clean and organized

-

planning and organizing daily production activities

-

ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

-

solving operational issues on the production floor

-

optimizing production processesand improving efficiency

-

monitoring production results and reporting to management

-

experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry

-

strong leadership and organizational skills

-

good communication skills

-

you speak good English en Dutch

-

able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment

-

you will work day shifts, but during peak season you will work two shifts

-

production experience is a plus

-

open to work in a cold workplace
