We’re hiring:

• Senior Activation: “The Ground Executor”. Master of on-site execution and vendor logistics. You thrive in 3:00 AM problem-solving and ensure the event runs smoothly on the ground.

THE STANDARDS:

• Experience: Minimum 1 years in agency/event management.
• Evidence: A CV and portfolio that proves you’ve handled high-stakes pressure.
• Tools: Proficient in project management tools and creative software.

The Main Responsibility:

• Receive and process client briefs.
• Prepare concise and comprehensive brief summaries.
• Lead client pitching and presentation sessions.
• Develop and manage project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.
• Review and perform quality control (QC) on proposals before submission.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
• Monitor and oversee project execution until successful completion.
