We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Plan manpower deployment according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records.
- Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Singapore regulations.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant operations or management experience is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English.
