Senior Clinical Recruiter

Accountabilities Manage the full-cycle physician recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and acceptance.

Build, develop, and maintain strong physician talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple healthcare markets.

Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to assess clinical qualifications, experience, and overall fit for available opportunities.

Partner with operational leaders to design and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with workforce objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact between physician candidates and hiring leaders, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with Legal and Human Resources teams during employment negotiations and hiring activities.

Monitor recruitment metrics, market trends, and sourcing performance to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.

Research healthcare labor market trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top physician talent.

Support physician onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into clinical practice while fostering long-term candidate relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

2–4 years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

Experience developing proactive recruiting strategies and long-term talent pipelines within healthcare is preferred.
