Accountabilities: The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing foreclosure assets from referral through auction completion, ensuring accurate processing, timely updates, and compliance with operational standards. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining detailed records, and supporting efficient foreclosure lifecycle management.

Manage end-to-end foreclosure asset processing, including property listing, tracking, and auction preparation activities.

Onboard new foreclosure referrals into internal case management systems and ensure accurate information entry.

List and market foreclosure properties through designated auction platforms while maintaining data accuracy.

Research and verify property information, including property type, lot details, and other relevant records using public sources and online tools.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain property marketing materials, review images, and ensure required documentation is uploaded correctly.

Collaborate with foreclosure attorneys, trustees, auction partners, and internal teams to obtain sale approvals, bidding instructions, and required clearances.

Prepare and maintain bidding packages for scheduled foreclosure auctions.

Coordinate with auction providers to ensure sales are conducted according to approved instructions and timelines.

Update internal systems with foreclosure sale outcomes, status changes, and lifecycle milestones.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Manage multiple foreclosure cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience in foreclosure processing, real estate operations, mortgage servicing, or auction support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows are essential for success in this role.

1–3 years of experience in foreclosure processing, auction support, real estate operations, or mortgage servicing.

Strong understanding of foreclosure workflows and auction processes.

Experience managing detailed operational processes with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle moderate to high volumes of work while maintaining quality standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.

Ability to quickly learn and work with multiple systems and technology platforms.

Experience using foreclosure, auction, or case management platforms is preferred.

Familiarity with property research through public records or county websites is an advantage.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
