Regional Sales Lead (Americas) – Tokens & AI Partnerships
Accountabilities Own regional revenue, ARR, pipeline, and sales targets across the Americas, establishing clear strategies to achieve and exceed growth objectives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for tokens, AI infrastructure, TokenOps, agentic AI, AI platforms, and broader enterprise AI solutions.
Build and maintain a high-quality enterprise pipeline through strategic account planning, executive engagement, partner-led opportunities, and targeted business development.
Lead complex enterprise AI sales cycles from opportunity identification and qualification through solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure.
Drive land-and-expand strategies across strategic Fortune 500 accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the broader AI portfolio.
Establish trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, CMOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, and other senior business and technology leaders.
Lead executive-level conversations around AI strategy, transformation priorities, emerging technologies, and business value.
Develop strategic account growth plans that align enterprise challenges with AI transformation opportunities and measurable outcomes.
Position innovative AI startups and technologies from an investment portfolio within enterprise customer transformation initiatives.
Partner with investment and strategic partnership teams to identify and execute co-selling opportunities and introduce emerging AI capabilities to enterprise customers.
Develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners, including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, and relevant ISVs.
Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and regional partnership programs that generate pipeline and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Translate emerging AI technologies into commercially viable enterprise solutions and compelling customer propositions.
Collaborate with global GTM, delivery, investment, and partnership teams to coordinate complex pursuits and establish the organization as a preferred AI transformation partner.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority while maintaining strong alignment between commercial objectives, customer needs, and delivery capabilities.
Requirements
5–10 years of enterprise technology sales experience, including at least 6 years selling AI, data, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated success managing and expanding large Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar enterprise technology or transformation deals.
Strong experience selling AI platforms, generative AI, LLMs, AI infrastructure, cloud AI, MLOps, AI governance, agentic AI, or related emerging technologies.
Deep understanding of enterprise AI adoption, cloud ecosystems, AI infrastructure, and the evolving technology landscape.
Experience developing and managing relationships with global technology alliances, hyperscalers, and strategic ISVs.
Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities, with the ability to connect complex technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, pipeline management capabilities, and strategic account planning experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset and builder mentality, with the ability to identify and create new markets and commercial opportunities.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup-like innovation environment while working across global teams.
Strong ability to influence without authority and collaborate across sales, delivery, investments, partnerships, and executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a degree from a leading engineering institution is preferred.
MBA from a leading global business school, particularly a U.S. business school, is preferred.
Additional certifications in AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation are advantageous.
