Accountabilities: As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will support the development and execution of communications strategies that strengthen brand awareness, media presence, and industry reputation. You will create compelling content, manage external relationships, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful storytelling initiatives.

Develop and execute proactive media strategies across aviation, software, technology, and business publications.

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, industry associations, and relevant influencers.

Identify, develop, and pitch compelling stories aligned with business priorities, market trends, and thought leadership opportunities.

Support executive visibility efforts across social channels, including LinkedIn and X, by creating content and communication materials.

Write and edit a wide range of communications assets, including press releases, media pitches, articles, social posts, executive communications, and thought leadership content.

Manage and optimize social media content calendars to increase engagement and strengthen brand storytelling.

Use data-driven insights to evaluate communications performance, including media coverage, share of voice, engagement, and sentiment metrics.

Leverage AI tools for content creation, media monitoring, analysis, and workflow optimization.

Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for timely commentary and thought leadership.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer teams to align messaging, campaigns, and communication strategies.

Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, and social content that support leadership communication goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a communications professional with strong writing abilities, media relations experience, and a passion for building meaningful brand narratives. You should be comfortable managing multiple communication channels, collaborating with stakeholders, and using technology to improve communications effectiveness.

3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience securing media coverage and developing relationships with journalists and industry contacts.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and quality.

Experience managing brand communications and executive social media presence.

Familiarity with AI tools for content development, media analysis, research, and workflow improvement.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to develop clear messaging and adapt content for different audiences and platforms.

Experience working in aviation, software, technology, or other high-tech industries is strongly preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
