Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Your tasks

Lead and manage project planning, coordination, and execution for BMS and security systems integration, ensuring timely delivery, quality commissioning, and effective client communication in outdoor construction environments.

• Plan, prepare, and manage projects to meet client requirements and deadlines
• Arrange and coordinate manpower, materials, and work schedules to optimize project flow
• Communicate and coordinate with clients on progress claims and project updates
• Test, terminate, and commission completed works on site to ensure system functionality
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical information and procure necessary project items
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders
• Perform integration and commissioning of BMS and security systems platforms with third-party systems such as power monitoring, security, and alarms
• Conduct testing, site acceptance tests, and system handovers to clients
• Perform regular diagnostics, fault finding, and reactive repairs on security systems and BMS hardware to maintain system reliability
• Oversee project delivery, managing timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
• Work effectively in outdoor construction environments, adapting to site conditions
