Fire Contracts Manager

We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning Social Housing Provider, who are looking to appoint a Fire Contracts Manager on an 18 Month fixed term contract.

This will be a full-time position based in Wiltshire with a salary banding circa £49,000 to £53,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience within social housing, fire compliance, building surveying, property services, asset management or contract management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing fire risk assessment programmes and remedial works
• Overseeing compliance contractors and consultants
• Delivering planned maintenance and compliance projects
• Ensuring compliance with Fire Safety, CDM and Health & Safety legislation
• Managing budgets, performance and contract KPIs
• Working closely with residents, stakeholders and internal teams

Experience required:

• Experience managing fire safety, compliance, or building maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation, compliance standards, and contractor management.
• Experience overseeing planned works, inspections, and remedial programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and contractors.

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
