Conduct detailed analysis of project progress, identifying deviations from planned schedules and budgets, and recommending corrective actions.

Prepare accurate and timely project reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections for management and stakeholders.

Implement and manage project cost control procedures, tracking expenditures, commitments, and analyzing variances.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project objectives and performance metrics.

Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning, ensuring proactive management of potential project impacts.

Utilize advanced planning software to develop and monitor project schedules and resource allocation.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Engineering principles , robust Project Control methodologies , and expert Project Cost Control . You will be adept at Project Planning , Scheduling , Risk Management , and Budgeting . Hands-on experience with tools like Primavera P6 and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. A strong understanding of Construction Management principles and exceptional Data Analysis capabilities will set you apart.
