Role: Oracle DBA

Location: Brampton, Canada

Duration: Fulltime

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Job Description:

• User Management

• PL/SQL , DDL/DML code review

• Code promotion/ releases

• Query/ Indexes/ Object tuning

• DB Performance tuning

• Data refreshes (prod to non-prod)

• Database patching (security)

• Coordinate with Vendor Physical DBA for database upgrade

• Schema Creation, Ongoing Schema Maintenance (Reorg)

• Tablespace management (ASM)

• Database schema/ object recoveries

• Export/Import/DataPump

• Oracle Goldengate

• Oracle Enterprise Mgr

• Data Guard ( L3)

Good to have:

• Database creation on Exadata PROD platform (L3 onsite with Guidance from Rogers DBA)

• Exadata platform expertise/knowledge
