Operations Manager

Impartial World is a company licensed in Uganda providing ict based services. The Company manages and operates a Mobile APP and Website that operates as an escrow manager for both service providers and clients.

The job holder shall be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity. He/she shall manage the resources, coordinate between departments, implement policies and optimize processes. The Operations manager shall person the following specific roles;

• a) Ensures that public relations and media engagement is maintained.
• b) Manages all Impartial world social media pages
• c) Coordinates all Impartial world events
• d) Seeks partnerships with esteemed Organizations
• e) Manages Impartial World data base
• f) Ensures quality control by requiring all users to set up correct profiles and accounts.
• g) Manages the day to day activities of Impartial World.
• h) Develops revenue and expenditure reports and budgets.
• i) Coordinates external and internal stake holders of Impartial World.
• j) Compiles weekly and monthly reports.
• k) Performs any other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• a) Holder of a degree in ICT, marketing, business administration, and any other related course.
• b) Previous experience working with startups, especially in the ICT field.
• c) Previous experience in marketing and sales.
• d) Team leadership with excellent communication skills.
• e) Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• f) Self-starter, go-getter with great innovation skills.
