g2 Recruitment Solutions - Test Manager / Test Lead

I am currently looking for a Freelance Test Manager to join my client on a contract to start in August.

What will you be doing?

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for projects
• Design, maintain, and oversee test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Reporting and quality assurance
• Governance and continuous improvement
• Support business users during UAT
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

Logistics

• 2 days per week onsite in Brussels, the rest remote
• Start in August
• 5+ years of experience within similar roles
• French and English speaking
• Strong experience within Test Automation
• Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycles
