Cegeka - Senior Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within a leading company in the retail sector. The initiative focuses on customer loyalty, customer experience, business process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business and IT teams, helping shape and deliver strategic initiatives that impact millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• MAP and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels.
• Support the migration from legacy solutions to modern architectures.
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and data-related business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, and Development Teams.
• Conduct impact assessments and support change management activities.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in BPMN and business process modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, loyalty programs, CRM, customer experience, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, KPI definition, and business insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing concepts is a strong asset.
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
