Requirements

• Experience: You bring 1-2 years of experience in a legal environment, ready to hit the ground running in an Entry Level capacity.
• Core Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in Commercial Law and Corporate Law is essential.
• Technical Prowess: Exceptional skills in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Legal Writing.
• Analytical Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and Analytical Thinking to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Professionalism: A proactive approach to Corporate Governance and Due Diligence.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Location: Ability to work On-site at our Cairo office.
