Your tasks

Responsibilites

1. Teach children aged 3 to 16 years using the I Can Read Phonics System.
2. Develop students' pre-reading, reading comprehension, and literacy skills.
3. Teach writing skills, including grammar, editing and publishing.
4. Develop students' oral communication and presentation skills.
5. Foster positive classroom behaviour and support students' social development.
6. Conduct assessments for prospective students during the enrollment process.
7. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student's growth and confidence.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or any related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
4. Knowledge of phonics and phonemic awareness is preferred.
5. Has pleasant personality and the ability to work well with colleagues and Learning Centre Management.
6. Passionate about teaching young children.
7. A commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and educational excellence.
