Project: Tokenized Electric Vehicle Ecosystem and Real Estate

We are currently partnered with a promising Real world asset tokenization team led by a licensed asset management group, tokenizing a diversified portfolio of income-generating electric vehicle ecosystem and real estate assets, bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance for global investment accessibility in Southeast Asia. Backed by a consortium of reputable partners, they are pioneers in real-world asset (RWA) innovation.

Key Responsibilities

RWA Tokenization Support : Assist in developing and deploying smart contracts for tokenizing real-world assets (e.g., real estate fractions, EV infrastructure yields) using standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1400 for compliance.

Smart Contract Development : Contribute to writing and testing secure Solidity contracts on EVM-compatible chains, focusing on RWA-specific logic such as yield distribution and oracle integrations.

DApp Development and Integration : Support backend development and integrations for decentralized applications (DApps) handling tokenized asset interactions, including basic front-end connections via Web3 libraries.

Testing & Compliance : Execute unit tests for token contracts and assist with basic security reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines for RWAs in [Location Anonymized].

Collaboration & Learning : Work closely with senior technical leadership to iterate on tokenization prototypes and receive mentorship on RWA best practices, such as proof-of-reserve mechanisms.

Research & Adaptation : Explore emerging RWA tools (e.g., for real estate data feeds) to enhance portfolio tokenization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1-2 years of experience in blockchain development, with hands-on exposure to tokenization or RWA projects (e.g., fractional asset tokens, real estate/commodity pilots).

Basic proficiency in Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM); experience implementing simple token standards (ERC-20/721) for RWAs.

Familiarity with RWA fundamentals: off-chain asset linking, oracles (e.g., industry-standard data providers), and basic compliance (e.g., KYC/AML in token issuance).

Experience with a front-end JavaScript framework (e.g., React) and Web3 libraries (e.g., ethers.js) for DApp connectivity.

Understanding of blockchain basics (transactions, wallets, gas optimization) and version control (Git).
