💰 Salary Package
- Entry Level: $2,100 – $2,300 Gross
- With Relevant Experience: $2,200 – $2,500 Gross
- Senior Service Crew: Up to $3,000 Gross
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to $400/month (depending on assigned shifts)

⏰ Working Hours
- 44 hours per week
- Minimum 4 hours overtime per week as part of the standard roster
- Day Shifts: 10:00am–8:00pm / 11:00am–9:00pm / 12:00pm–10:00pm
- Mid Shift: 12:00pm–9:00pm
- Night Shifts: 4:30pm–1:30am / 6:30pm–3:30am
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Handle reservations and customer enquiries
- Welcome and usher guests to their assigned rooms
- Take orders and serve food & beverages
- Operate POS and payment systems
- Perform basic microphone and entertainment system checks
- Maintain cleanliness and a safe working environment
- Adhere to grooming and service standards
- Handle and serve alcoholic beverages where required
✅ Requirements
- Customer service or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Comfortable working on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
- Able to handle and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the Downtown East work location, including for late-night shifts.
