We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager / Retail Franchise Partner to take ownership of a retail outlet in Pasir Ris. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced retail leaders who want greater autonomy and earning potential.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full day-to-day operations of the store
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Analyse sales results, expenses and opportunities to improve profitability
- Lead, train, motivate and manage the retail team
- Manage staff scheduling and overall manpower requirements
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns
- Oversee inventory, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and operational procedures
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
🌟 What We're Looking For
- Minimum GCE O-Level ; Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage
- At least 5 years of retail experience
- Minimum 3 years of Store Manager experience
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
- Good understanding of sales analysis, budgeting and profitability
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Customer-focused with excellent service recovery skills
- Organised, commercially minded and confident in making decisions
- Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
