📌 4 days per week 📌 42 hours/week 📌 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)
Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts.
📝 Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure product quality standards are achieved.
- Perform quality inspections and checks throughout the electronics manufacturing process.
- Investigate product defects, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain quality reports, audit documentation, and compliance records accurately.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, quality procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
- Train and guide team members on inspection standards and quality practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introduction activities.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) with team leadership experience.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, semiconductor, precision engineering, or related industries.
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing quality processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with Production and Engineering teams.
- Experience leading or guiding quality teams will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working rotating day/night shifts.
