Equipment Automation Engineer

Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation equipment on production lines.

Monitor and improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of automated manufacturing systems.

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support production teams in resolving equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.

Develop and optimize PLC, HMI, servo, inverter, and industrial control systems.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve manufacturing processes and equipment utilization.

Manage preventive maintenance plans and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Participate in new equipment introduction, installation, testing, and acceptance.

Work with suppliers and contractors on equipment upgrades, modifications, and technical support.

Prepare technical documents, maintenance records, SOPs, and equipment reports.

Support continuous improvement projects related to automation, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in automation equipment maintenance or manufacturing engineering. Experience in home appliance manufacturing is preferred (Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, TV, Small Appliances, etc.). Chinese communication skills are preferred; English communication skills are a plus. Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willing to work 6 days per week.
